FlightClub Neutron Custom Drone Frame
The FlightClub Neutron custom drone frame has all the great features from the PROton, just shrunk down to use the smaller 20x20mm components.
Featuring a mini Nucleus plate that is CNC’d from a solid piece of aluminum. It has butter mounts and threaded holes for the arm screws. Butter mount is a flight controller mounting method invented by us that isolates the flight controller from any vibrations using custom silicone grommets. This greatly reduces noise in the gyro ensuring an ultra smooth flight. The mini Nucleus plate also has threaded holes for the arm screws that eliminates the need to fumble around with nuts to mount the arms. Simply screw the arm screws right into the aluminum plate.
The FlightClub Neutron with the Nucleus plate is designed for maximum flexibility. It has the ability to be built as skeleton mode (standoffs with a carbon fiber top plate) or hybrid pod.
They hybrid pod is designed by MaydayFPV. Phoenix3D will have the pod available in different colors and in Nylon.
A custom drone frame should be adaptable for any flying situation or race. The Neutron is available in 5 different arm option.

Neutron Highlights

- Mini Nucleus Plate CNC’d out of 7075 Aluminum

- Designed for 20x20mm components. (max length of board is about 36mm. No it will not fit the RF Spark32)
- Butter Mounts for a vibration free flight controller stack. The Butter Mounts have a M3 center hole but M2 screws will work also.
- Chamfered edges on the bottom carbon fiber plate
- Countersunk holes on the bottom plate for a completely flat bottom
- Camera protection on both skeleton and hybrid mode
- Camera angle approximately: Hybrid pod 30-80, Skeleton 0-80 degrees
- 65g Skeleton (5″ arms), 70g Hybrid Pod Canopy

Different height Standoffs can be used for higher or lower stacks.
A 20x20mm VTX carbon fiber plate is available separately.
